Pets For Life
Our Pets for Life program serves pet owners living in Liberty City, providing free veterinary care, supplies, services and information to help keep pets in their loving home.
The Miami Veterinary Foundation’s Pets for Life program focuses on increasing equity in access to pet resources. Through this program we address structural inequities in animal welfare that create obstacles to affordable veterinary and pet wellness services similar to the challenges and barriers people experience in accessing healthy food, education, jobs, health care and housing.
This program cultivates equal opportunities for all pet owners – regardless of race, ethnicity, income level or geography. Pets for Life believes no one should be denied the opportunity to experience the benefits, joy and comfort that come from the human-animal bond.
